3. Booking and Service Agreements

Session bookings are arranged by direct communication (via the contact form, email or telephone) and confirmed in writing by MP STUDIO. A service agreement between the client and MP STUDIO is formed upon written confirmation of a booking.

Specific terms regarding session frequency, duration, pricing and payment are agreed individually with each client at the time of booking and communicated in writing. We reserve the right to revise our pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule a session are requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the full session rate at the discretion of MP STUDIO. Exceptions are made in cases of illness or documented emergency.

MP STUDIO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified as early as possible and the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
